This manifested in forms of toxic work environments by pitting team members against each other, retaliating towards individuals she disliked, and trying to force multiple subordinates into roles they did not want. And what’s worse is she cannot take accountability for handling situations dishonestly and instead uses the uncertainty of the tech industry as an excuse for being deceptive and manipulative. The concerning matter is leadership fails to see the damage she has done and that having an unskilled, insecure representative is a bad look for senior management.
