Claim to be a travel technology company but it’s a ticketing company. The company follows a dual standard about what they say and what they do There is no fitting process in any function and HR Team just a sham. They think they are the most knowledgeable guys but are feeble-minded. They have no value for employees and most of the time is occupied trying to gratify the top boss which has a direct impact on the employees. Employee matters are never addressed and employees are terminated if they don’t agree with the top executive The system is not at all transparent filled with spies reporting whatever you say to the HR and other executives. They decide things by what the spy says about you
