      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work here would be the opportunity for career development. Additional reason would be amazing work culture and good place to be yourself ,to be able to perform at your best!

      Cons

      Not a typical corporate set up so you will face trouble dealing with work culture at other places if you ever decide to move out.

      - Highly Flexible Time (In my team) - WFH every Wednesday and can ask also - Manager is supportive

      Cons

      - Senior Devs are Delusional and writing anything without thinking it through, I have seen college students write better than this - No Appraisal - Salary Not on Time - No proper goal whatsoever
