Pros
-empathetic and caring leadership team (including CEO) -unlimited time off -great benefits with company 401k contribution -lots of room for growth and learning new skills -personally, my boss is amazing and this is hands down the best job I've had -fast paced and room for innovation in all areas of the business -really great people here who are very supportive
Cons
-still some growing pains as the company expands and hits new revenue milestones (not really a con, just a fact of a growing company) -some coaches (mangers) are bit more green than others and still have learning to do (but I see active work being done in this area) -diversity is a work in progress here, but it does feel very inclusive
