They take entry level people into the HR position with a reasonable starting salary, good hours.
Cons
it is 100% a cold calling (some warm) recruiting job. You are expected to stay overtime but don't pay over time. There is no training at all, other than you asking other people who have worked there longer. HIGH turnover, about 8 people have sat at your desk this year before you. No leadership or direction.
