Wish I would have known before I accepted the job - Recruiter Myriad Technical Services Employee Review

I have been a HR Recruiting Associate for many years, coming in with limited knowledge. Myriad Technical Services awarded me the opportunity to grow and learn a lot about talent acquisition in the utility industry. Coworkers and management are very helpful and strive for all employees to succeed by providing guidance when needed. This makes for a great working environment that would be fitting for any new employees joining the team!

Little structured training is provided up front, however you will gain great knowledge about full life cycle recruiting on the job.

The only good thing in this company is that you can learn how the recruiting process works.

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. If you have soft personality he will take advantage of you and everything that you will do he would say that is wrong. He communicates just with one of the employees nicely because she works there longer time. No communication between the employees, no music, no kitchen.... The place is very quiet. You must take a break exactly at 12pm . When he is bored he talks with the same employee all the time, they whisper and looks like they are talking about you. I have worked for some time in Myriad Technical Services and I experience very unpleasant situations. The owner was extremely rude with me and when he didn't like something he screamed at me . I won't recommend this place to anyone. You will get a weird vibe even on the interview.
