Once done, they make you jump in the sea and swim, which makes you learn massively. There are pros and cons of this. pros- you come out as a superb person, cons : you have to make massive effort . Besides very flexible environment , that makes you learn how to build an organisation from scarch

All startup related cons, running against time to grow fast. Nos. and targets are important , so you get pushed to achieve

I joined here as an intern and learnt everything from this place. This place gave me everything and made me understood business and gave me unparalleled skills. I dont think there is a better learning playground then myrefers , i owe it all !
