Horrible management amidst a culture of micromanaging and bullying. Seriously bad pay and miserable working conditions (no overtime pay but expected to stay long hours, no travel cost compensation, no bonuses, and managers who only live for the job and take pleasure in holding power and intimidating people under them. The company culture seems to reinforce this attitude. Avoid this company at all costs.
