-Housing is convenient and comfortable. My second year I got private housing. -Well staffed and well funded. -Nice facility -Members/clients of the stables are kind and courteous for the most-part -Great area for horses

-Difficult to run a barn with the confinement that such an official business structure brings -Many clients were wonderful, but the few who were not were BAD -While I was barn manager/trainer, didn't have as much control over long term plans as I would have liked

good pay, occasional meals, sometimes can be okay

highly anxious management, clicky work environment, negative energy environment , no background checks on coworkers, no in-depth interview or resume checking, honestly there's a lot of red flags etc..
