Pros

Myn is genuinely redefining how recruitment works, and that sense of purpose comes through in the day-to-day as a marketer. The product is a modern, AI-powered marketplace that connects companies, independent recruiters, and talent, so campaigns feel meaningful rather than just “selling software.” As a Marketing Executive, there is real ownership across channels – from content and campaigns to supporting recruiter and client acquisition – with plenty of room to experiment and move quickly. The team is small but highly experienced, decisions are made fast, and feedback loops with sales, product and leadership are tight. Flexible working, trust, and autonomy are big positives, and being close to the impact on recruiters’ earnings and clients’ hiring outcomes is highly motivating

Cons

Not really a Con depends if you've got the minerals, like any scaling startup, priorities can shift quickly and you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. Processes are still evolving, so people who need rigid structures from day one might find it challenging

Pros

An incredible experience so far. A huge change of pace from my previous role but that is what I was after. Its incredibly fast paced environment and there is a huge workload but we are aggressively bringing a new offering to market so this is not for the fainthearted. The leadership team, are hugely supportive and the tech is comparable if not better than all other offerings in this space. Of course there is work to do but its work that is being done. Long may it continue
