      If you work in the field and have rate jobs track your hours carefully and check your pay stubs. Be ready to stand up for yourself. If you work in the shop, be prepared for low morale, poor benefits, and minimal support. The owner likes to bully people.

      Pros

      Management always looking out for your interest and giving yearly reviews are nice. Pretty organized, all machinery is CNC units. If you need something they will buy it for you.

      Cons

      None really. Parking is nice across street where vehicles are safe.

      It's a job if you really need one.

      Cons

      Cameras, plural, in each bay for management to watch the employees. Archaic and outdated equipment. Had to push material up and down a slight incline in and out of the shop. Cranes are some kind of jib/bridge crane hybrid so controlling lifts were a pain.
