      Clocking out and going home, weekly pay

      Cons

      Bad management, stuck up and a never ending revolving door of staff as after a few months of putting up with the crap that’s thrown at them most people just decide to leave, the health and safety guy in particular is quite impressive in how unlikeable he is.

      Uniform, Payslip every Friday, Bank holidays off

      Cons

      Compulsory overtime, No knowledge of what time you finish each day, avoid a mixer driver job, Working in compound spaces(drilling the drum out) not being trained, Discrimination, favouritism. Being just a number
