This is not a place that fosters productive work and a respectful culture. Weekends gets laughed at, at management level, despite the head office being located in a State with decent disconnect laws. The environment and corporate culture has issues all the way from certain leaders and member bullying and participating in harassment of colleagues without repercussions, all the way down to the desks and chairs in the office simply are not ergonomic. Even the workplace productivity tools won't let employees do their jobs, like being able to record meetings without express approvals per meeting, even if you have a hearing disability. AI? Forget it. The IT team doesn't know what Copilot is. There is a lot of talk about change, but by that they mean restructuring occurs almost once a week. They are behind every competitor, and they know it, but won't invest in the technology or the people who are trying to help them. Sometimes those who don't want help just can't be helped.
