Pros
The best part of this company is the standard employees that I have interacted with. They are helpful and willing to lend a hand when you are not sure what is going on. The girls who helped me were knowledgeable and understanding when upper management was not. You were always able to count on them to listen to you. They are too good for this company along with many other employees on their team. The doctor there is also a pro. He is rational, funny, and helpful especially when you feel lost at work. He always has the answers to questions. You may be in a remote position which is a pro and you also get weekends off. This is a great temporary job if you are in between work or want a part time job but would never stay long.
Cons
The lack of communication, organization in the company, and the CEO are all cons. They will have you doing one job and overnight change the whole structure up on everyone and have them doing something else. It happens way too often. The main man in charge is unpleasant and does not respect his employees at all. This job was also advertised as remote and flexible, but if you want to work from a different location or move you have to put in requests which still most likely get denied. You are working from home and that is all. Not even a year working here and had to go. Best of luck to the employees.
