Overall Bad Experience - Anonymous employee Mycom Employee Review

Lack of consistency with management. Mycom has been going through a "period of change" for at least the last year. The constant change doesn't allow for a period to complete work and head in one direction and achieve traction before additional changes occur. There is a a strong good ole boy culture that can be challenging to work in long term as well as A LOT of nepotism. Being treated like a toddler when hired for a management position didn't work well for me.
