Pros
This website is a great idea but is not meaningful to people of color as the majority of the practitioners are white people.
Cons
-Almost zero communication or feedback from management on work. Management did not communicate expectations and struggled to communicate priorities or offer feedback. -Unrealistic amount of work for amount of paid time. -Currently their practitioner list centers the medical needs of white people while ignoring the needs of communities of color.
