Hi there! Thank you for the advice to the Senior Management, we were pleased to welcome new members to our Management Team to help us clarify our roadmap and plans for the future. With our new team members and the changes to the way we operate and are structured we know we can do better. The Voice of the Employee survey conducted in July offered all staff the opportunity to share their feedback on leadership, in addition to other areas of our business. This was gratefully received and we have already started to action many points of feedback, especially around communication, transparency and decision making. We are sorry that you feel that the recent retrenchment exercise was not executed well. Going through a process like that is never easy, for those impacted and those that remain. We made every effort to ensure staff that were impacted were treated fairly and sensitively and the reason for the decision have been made clear.
