Pros

Friendly co-workers and free coffee.

Cons

You're apparently an independent contractor but are expected to work from their office from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. The "employment contract" they make you sign right before training has a million red flags so make sure you thoroughly read it before signing. This is basically an MLM/Pyramid Scheme operated by Summit Energy (known scammers) , you work for free so the ones at the top get richer. One of the employee's who'd been there the longest looked like they were struggling financially. Whatever they sell you into believing you can make at your interview or trainings is a SCAM!! Those sales targets don't make sense and they'll work you till the next lot of free laborer's are hired.

Pros

... *cricket, cricket, chirp, chirp*

Cons

need money now? Well-after 2 weeks of working full time?! This is not the place. Need a team that's honest about crucial info from the START? Don't come here! Looking to be a volunteer and work for no money, use gas or public transit money to show up to start making calls to businesses BEFORE regular business hours. This is the place for you ;) didn't mention it was commission initially. I read it on the contract. Didn't mention there were no benefits, I read it on the contract. Didn't mention a lot of things, I had to ask or read it on the contract. Thought I'd still try, as I told them (truthfully) in my interview that I'm coachable. People who quit do it because of lack of respect and lack of transparency. Simple. Drop your resume off at McDonald's instead. I had to after being here!
