Pros

The non-managers (employees) are very sweet and kind individuals.

Cons

Not a good place to work. The company culture is so bad. They have the cheapest medical plan. They pay very little and don’t like pay increases. The CEO and the rest of the people in chief roles are awful to their employees. The HR department doesn’t understand what they’re doing. I worked many years here and they don’t value you ever. They have such loyalty it’s so sad. I left for a better opportunity thank goodness but everyone who stayed hates it there and will leave another opportunity comes up.

-Work/life balance -Exceptional opportunity to learn about the industry by leaders who genuinely want to see you grow in the industry -Development opportunities such as a 6 month mentorship program, leadership development program, job shadowing opportunities. -Managers who care about the organization AND their people

Cons

- Upward mobility is a challenge as the CU only has so many opportunities for vertical advancement - This is a work at work environment— no one works from home.

Pros

It is not the best and is not worst. People are here because it gives them something they want and costs something they are willing to be without.

Cons

70 year old company that makes mistakes like it is year 2.
