      Pros

      Great Salary, Nice Networking environment if you like having a beer or ten with your colleagues.

      Cons

      Treat Staff like idiots, make executive decisions and then command staff to comply. Some of the staff have worked there for over 4 years and make newer staff feel the environment isn't as friendly.
