Would not recommend - Team Member MyMind Employee Review

That's first time I am leaving the review about the company but having no HR Department in MyMind I felt powerless. So far the worst experience in my work career. No work culture, felt like management is disempowering instead of empowering and helping you for growth. Staff turnover is high. There is always someone leaving.
