      Pros

      The hourly pay is very good, and you generally still get paid if a student fails to show up to a class

      Cons

      Since most of the clients are in the PRC, I have on a few occasions been asked to avoid the more political aspects of economics

      Pay can also be pretty inconsistent, and work hours are not as much as you'd expect
