Pros
Moved back to the city after a stint away, had a small relationship with the MD due to a previous role and was brought in, spent almost an exact year with the firm and every aspect was outstanding. The training, social life, career progression.
The office was always lively and had great banter with the staff. Working with properties you would only dream about living in (I’m in my early 20s and from the suburbs)
Money was great but as always in any commission based role you had to seriously graft for it (but not badly pressured to)The support from the management team was respectful and helpful, when in times of need.
Large database and clientele very good knowledge of the area and the wide patch means you are always kept busy.
Great firm to work for and wish everyone all the best.
Cons
Only downside for me was the commute however that wasn’t down to the firm obviously.
