      Pros

      Nice building to work in however it has been made clear the company is struggling with the rent and supporting staff are all hard working lovely people.

      Cons

      Staff are extremely underpaid, some lower then minimum wage when calculating there contracted hrs with salary. They take advantage of staff and make you feel like something optional is compulsary or you will loose your job, e.g coming in on weekends without pay or time back. Huge turnover of staff. Management are very undecisive, change what they plan within minutes. Supporting staff are not treated well or appreciated, there is no structure

      Pros

      - Energetic, vibrant staff - Quality of onboarding training was good - Supportive manager - My time at the company served as a great platform for my next job

      Cons

      - Need to be a bit more firm with people who aren't performing well. Management can be a bit too lenient and end up rotating low performers in different roles, which can be confusing for them and everyone else
