No sense of loyalty for employees, new or old. Often feels like a boys club where the owner's friends are all in management positions. They're only loyal to each other. Unwilling to give promotions, but willing to increase workload and responsibility. You'll have to fight tooth and nail for a raise, even after years with the company and proven ability.
