      Pros

      It's a structured environment, but the team does a lot of fun stuff. Great downtown location. Completely leading edge in everything they do.

      I'm not a downtown kind of guy, but that's my "thing"

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience in a field I had none in, and was able to get my foot in the door.

      Cons

      Horrible management, little to no benefits, poor compensation, slightly sketchy/gross people in leadership positions, and truly just in it for the money.
