      You dont have to look for students, the company finds them

      Cons

      The tutor does everything after a student has been assigned, from making a lesson plan for them to following up with feedback. Tutors get paid 30$ and the company charges 80$ per hour. So they keep 50$ to themselves for each session for doing nothing

      Very flexible working hours. You can choose which students to work with and how many hours per week you are available.

      Pros

      The majority of tutors are students and, as such, the hours are flexible. To determine when and how often you will be working, you simply need to consult with your students to see when it is most convenient for you and your student.
