Pros
Pay and incentives are good for a beginner. Growth also good, to begin a career just to get exposure of management level it's suites well. If you are the person having a mindset to make money leaving your personal peace and life this role helps
Cons
No personal life, work timings increases as you get more experience, as I'm working there im not happy with the product service. As its a sales role your peace completely depends on your performance, if any time performance goes low they don't treat properly as they treat you when you are doing good. In one word if I want to say you have to work leaving your self respect. Managers are good only in front of you but BTS evryone have their dirty mind games
