She creates a positive environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to do their best. Her ability to guide, encourage, and lead by example makes a huge difference every day. I’m truly grateful to work under such an inspiring manager and to be part of such a strong, supportive team.

The role can be fast-paced at times, especially during busy periods, and staying up to date with changing insurance policies can be a challenge. However, these are normal aspects of medical billing and have helped me grow and stay adaptable in my position.
