Pros

Nothing really... yes really! Pay the bill I guess?

Cons

This is the worst place I had to work for, it does not value you at all, here's their plan with every new employee: - They present to you like you are there to save the company - Exploit you making you work extra hours to do stuff for them giving you a false sense of entitlement like you are in in control of stuff. - In the background they do no give a ... about anything you do or what you do for them, you are another pawn. The management is extremely toxic, the worst people to work with, they constantly threat you that if you don't put extra hours or stay late at night you'll lose your job, scream to their own managers in front of people etc This place has a 1 star on Indeed for a reason, no sure how it has that rating here, it's completely missleading, avoid if you can! To summarize: Toxic place to work for, PTO freezes, no respect, unpaid overtime, can't take PTO when you want the most, expect you to deliver 2-3 tickets a day like if you were a robot, low pay. Advice for management: Fire the toxic managers, they keep the company very toxic

Pros

I learned a lot here and got to work with tools I hadn't used before, which was helpful for building my skills. Some coworkers were great to work with.

Cons

For the most part the work environment wasn’t very professional. We were told to stop working about an hour left of our shift for mandatory karaoke sessions that involved drinking, even though our work hours were 10am to 6pm. This eventually stopped but it happened for a while. There was a lot of family involvement in the company. Multiple relatives worked there, and other family members who weren’t employees were regularly in the office. Some individuals were placed in higher-level roles mainly because they were related to leadership. Personal pets belonging to relatives who didn’t work there were also brought into the office. Both brothers who ran the business had personal relationships with employees who reported directly to them at different points.
