Pros
Anything above store level is so disorganized that it's pretty much impossible to get fired. The extremely high turnover makes it hard as well.
Cons
This company loves the "throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks" method to running business. The commission structure is about as bad as it gets, unless you run one of the very few high volume stores I can guarantee nobody currently in this company is making the commission checks they were promised during the interview and trainings. If you are good with around a $500 per month commission check then you'll be happy. Reps make such little commission off each individual sale it's hard to fault them for the minimal effort they all give in the company. The walmart phone sales people make better commission off each phone sold. Back office is overseas somewhere and do not understand time zones. They will be blowing you up on days off or hours before scheduled to work for things like wondering if you printed out a piece of paper or wondering if paper towels arrived yet, or to remind you to send back a phone you just took in the night before...etc. Back office also performs these extremely out of touch video/teams audits that take over an hour and accomplish quite literally nothing. The worst culture i have ever experienced working for a cell company, and it's not close. There is 0 comradery at all. This company also seems to be at constant war with corporate AT&T.
