Pros
Good place to start if you have never done sales in your life before. I came out feeling that I at least learned that from the job. Online trainings were usefull to an extent. The team that I personally worked with was excellent and very helpful in getting someone started.
Cons
Hard to reach sales goals to recieve comission at times. The location that I worked at in particular was a low traffic area, so this definitely played a part. Team culture at each location also varies. Quality of the different managers also vary. Support for each location also varied. Also, they need a better system to keep track of items moving from store to store.
