Pros

- Friendly Colleagues - Company Quarter Team Building - Medical Claim - Dental Claim - Badminton After Work with Colleagues - Birthday Party

Cons

- We have to report every little detail to the bosses every day before going home (micromanagement). - Workers are given too much to do, including tasks that aren't part of their job, for example HR also have to manage websites or do SEO work. They're not paid enough for this extra work. - Every month, employees get a performance review (KPI review) where they lose 1 points if they took any MC, you will lose 2 points if took 2days MC, once points deduct, your salary also will be deducted based on the KPI. - Instead of getting paid for working extra hours, employees are given time off, which isn't fair. - Some holidays aren't treated the same. If there's an extra day off for Chinese New Year, other holidays like Wesak Day, Deepavali, and Thaipusam don't get the same treatment (perceived as unfair to workers of other races) - During tasks, bosses don't give clear instructions. When employees ask for help, they often get blamed. - Tasks are expected to be completed quickly with instant results. - Tasks frequently extend until midnight to meet KPI deadlines without overtime pay provided. - No petty cash provided to buy materials for office equipment, which poses a challenge as not all employees have personal funds to cover office expenses.

Pros

- Most of the people are friendly and nice - Free snacks - Learning opportunities are many

Cons

Some of the managers' leadership are borderline terrible, I'm not convinced that they are trained properly nor are experienced nor if I could recommend others to work here as a permanent staff. Even as an intern I'm forced to go into OT. Also no good work laptop for new hires that even the employees highly recommend to use your own personal laptop instead

Pros

Options for Hybrid working instead of on site

Cons

Saying you have no work-life balance is an understatement, they literally want you to wake at 8am, work till 10pm and repeat the cycle on weekends. Basically you will be a machine. The staff's feedback that 4 people resigned in the role in the past year should have been the reddest flag already. Please if you value growth and leadership that is actually good and recognises your work. This is NOT the place for you. Take the other reviews to heart.
