The focus is on relationships with the students and families as the basis of student success. Great supports are offered to the students. The company also listens to feedback from its employees.

Pay could be more competitive.

-Loved working with the students -It’s work from home which is very nice -They provide you with a second monitor which was awesome

-The pay is extremely low -They did not guarantee hours. There were weeks where I was only getting 10 hours in. -I think I would have had a better experience if I was placed with a different Lead but the Lead I had was always frazzled, she was super disorganized, consistently distracted by her kids during meetings, she was very micromanaging, and she also expected you to be available whenever she wanted even though week-to-week hours were not guaranteed. -There is next to no room for growth.
