This company is a dream! They really care about your work-life balance and want you to succeed with your goals. The flexible schedule allows you to focus on what you need to. Everyone in the company is genuinely kind and caring.

It's a little slow to get more hours at first, but they are preparing you for the long run.

People seem to enjoy it. They say that it's flexible hours, work environment with a good work-life balance (though I didn't see that in action).

Takes forever to match with a client, which is fine and communicated. However, there isn't clear communication of expectations to do in the meantime. They expect you to sit around waiting to be matched, twiddling your thumbs in your office. Meanwhile, team members take calls from playgrounds and playhouses. Meetings are constantly rescheduled or interrupted by kids, etc. And if you're not 'flexible enough' to match these new times, you're not a good fit. There seems to be a big disconnect between the 'company culture' they put out there and the one they actually have.
