      It is not a stressful job and I got a paycheck.

      Cons

      There is no clear path for growth potential with this company. There was a lot of time spent sitting and waiting for a call to come in. I did not find this position to be mentally stimulating enough. The pay was not great

      Salary and benefits were ok.

      Cons

      MSA is not transparent and very misleading. Unrealistic expectations on what can be done within a coaching session. Always adding more work and I had to fix daily mistakes by triage. Can be stressful with back to back calls and no approved resources provided. Cannot recommend MSA because they talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. Too much misleading and not upfront and truthful with the job description and duties. They will drag you through several rabbit holes never mentioned in the job description.
