Pros

Hard work is required for sure but on the flip side there's a lot of time off - at least 20 weeks a year!!! I left to take a non-sales position and management was actually helpful to me in my exit, giving me an excellent reference while I was still employed by them which was generous and much appreciated.

Cons

As a sales rep being on the road is difficult as personal relationships can suffer. One has to manage the balance.

Pros

I’ve had the pleasure of working at My Lineage, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. This company is growing rapidly, and one of the best things about it is that you get to grow right alongside it. There’s so much potential for career advancement, and the leadership genuinely cares about helping each employee reach their personal and professional goals. The office environment is simply amazing. It’s a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. Everyone here is supportive and respectful, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie. The team at My Lineage values building meaningful relationships, and it’s evident in the way coworkers interact with each other. It’s a culture of collaboration, not competition. The owners are deeply involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and genuinely appreciate every employee. It’s clear that they value their team members and want to see everyone succeed. They prioritize both personal and professional growth, providing you with ample opportunities to learn and develop new skills. However, to thrive at My Lineage, you must be willing to be challenged. The company pushes you to grow, not just in your role but also as a person. It’s a place that stretches your capabilities, encourages you to step outside your comfort zone, and helps you achieve your full potential. In short, My Lineage is not just a company to work for—it’s a place where you can truly grow, be valued, and be challenged to become the best version of yourself. I’m proud to been a part of such a forward-thinking and supportive company!

Cons

There are no major drawbacks, but this role is best suited for individuals who are committed to continuous self-improvement, especially since it is a growing company.

Pros

I’ve been with My Lineage for almost 7 years, and it’s been such a rewarding experience. What I appreciate most is the emphasis on growth and self-development. Despite having operations worldwide, there’s a strong sense of teamwork as everyone truly wants to see each other succeed, not just individually but as a team. One of the most impressive aspects of the company is the training program for sales representatives. It’s a 4-week, intensive, and well-thought-out program that provides new team members with the tools and confidence they need to succeed. You can tell a lot of care and effort has gone into making this training as effective as possible. Beyond that, the company is incredibly forward-thinking. We embrace technology and automation to make our processes more efficient, which allows us to focus on delivering quality and meaningful results. Leadership is always open to new ideas and genuinely committed to finding ways to improve how we work. The culture here is incredibly supportive. You’re encouraged to take initiative, and you always feel like part of a team that has your back. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where you feel valued and where your contributions actually make a difference.

Cons

Time zones and working with a global team can lead to occasional communication challenges.
