      The culture at this company is fantastic. Family like environment. I miss working with these people they run a great company

      I honestly do not have any cons. I have nothing bad to say about the kitchen, delivery, event, or upper management staff. Great people

      Pros

      Owners and managers do care about there employees and are sympathetic for the most part to family and life occurrences. They will work with you on schedules and time off. Meal perks and okay pay.

      Cons

      The hours and what is expected of you seems unrealistic at times. No recognition for progress or good work is very frustrating. Never seems like enough. Lack of training and structure makes things very confusing. Policies are constantly changing and rules are never really established which makes things confusing for employees. Not a lot of room for advancement.
