      Pros

      Owners and managers do care about there employees and are sympathetic for the most part to family and life occurrences. They will work with you on schedules and time off. Meal perks and okay pay.

      Cons

      The hours and what is expected of you seems unrealistic at times. No recognition for progress or good work is very frustrating. Never seems like enough. Lack of training and structure makes things very confusing. Policies are constantly changing and rules are never really established which makes things confusing for employees. Not a lot of room for advancement.

      Pros

      My Chef is a small company that is family based. The team that they have here is very close and it feel like you are working with you family.

      Cons

      When you are in the busy seasons (Wedding Season/Holidays) it is very hard to keep up and there isn't a lot of back up support.
