Great culture of working well together as a team. Strong vision of helping and giving back to the community. Driven for results while balancing a healthy work-life balance. Generous vacation time, generous 401(k) employer match, opportunities to earn incentives, ongoing training, caring leadership team, provides growth from within.

No place is perfect and any "cons" are not unique to MutualBank. Management does a great job considering the impact on employees in its decision making. The culture is a little slow to embrace change. It's possible there could be efficiency found in systems, better collaboration, and greater use of technology.
