Pros
Mutual Vision is a great place to work. If you want to work for a company with foundations based on integrity and ethics then this is the place for you. Although very much a commercial software house, it acts as a force for good within the sectors it serves and this leads to a working environment that fosters decision-making based on 'doing the right thing' - for each other and for the customers. There is a great deal of respect and appreciation for colleagues and that culture comes down from the CEO.
Cons
Mutual Vision has changed a lot during the last 3-4 years, and for the better but there are some in the sector that have long memories and who struggle to let go of the past. Great businesses are always evolving to meet the ever changing demands of the customers, market forces and technology, and Mutual Vision is certainly playing it's part in that evolution.
