The team is extremely supportive. My coworkers have become such great friends. I never wake up in the morning dreading to go to work.

Other departments in HQ can be a bit difficult to get ahold of. Some will copy upper management on the most simple and fixable problem.

-Generally good people and co-workers. -Good entry level position. -A few very good managers and people in the company.

-Management is toxic, filled inner company politics, favoritism and nepotism. Have allowed abusive managers to create toxic work environment and do not address when brought to their attention. -Credit Union has no direction. Not sure if they want to be a large financial institution or small credit union. -Management does not have employees back. -Lots of Gossip and childish drama due to lack of addressing poor management issues. -HR there to protect company, not employees. -Upper Management for Branches unapproachable and unwilling to listen to feedback provided by members to employees. -Zero training program for new employees. -Zero continuity between branches and how they operate. -Zero help from back office. -Not many opportunities given it is a small institution. -Branches are treated like second class citizens by upper management. Poor work life balance, short staffed constantly, and high turnover. -Benefits are not good.
