- Great work for developing technical skills on challenging data projects
- The owners and some leaders are taking care of everyone
Nice partnerships with some interesting companies like Astronomer, AWS, Databricks, H2o.ai, etc and looking for new ones for being competitive in the US market
- Flexible environment for remote, you can work from anywhere but respecting the company/project goals.
- Great community of a good and very talented people with nice values
- As a notable mention, the company is aware of some problems about lack of management skills of some leaders and is taking charge to improve it. Not all the companies are looking for continuous improvement in order to address problems related to company growth and other factors.
- Opinions from everyone are important because feedback is really appreciable
Cons
- Salaries should be transparent and visible for everyone.
- Career path is not well adjusted because the distribution of people in every role and specially considering the seniority/antiquity is poorly stablished but I am pretty sure that they will be looking for the solution in order to improve it.
Note: Many of the cons are related to company growth in a few years, they decided not to fire people during the layoff period (really appreciable, right?) and this affected the company's macroeconomics that is actually going better.
