      9-5 office timings, on employee’s demise they have an option offer job to his/her family member.

      Cons

      the ceo has no clues whats going on in to the company. Cheap politics by the senior HR head is a fraud- document every negotiation u have with him. No transparency in appraisal and it is always delayed by 3-4
