too many unfortunately - be very careful who your direct reporting line is. Extremely toxic environment when I was there maybe has improved now. Too many 'local / old school' employees who will never leave and have no concept of what the role is and how to do it. Bullying quite common and HR are simply out of their depth and underskilled to manage the complexities of this culture.
