So many decisions are made by upper management that seem to have no thought put behind them or care for who in the company those decisions will affect. Salary is laughable for the time and effort you put into the job. Company cares only about their clients and putting money in their partners pockets rather than keeping their employees happy and creating a decent work environment for people to be productive in. They keep a cool, hip outer shell, but inside it's a mess.
