Pros

The only pro was the limited but free canned drink vending machine

Cons

So many to list... I can't mark it lower than 1 star. The company puts on a 'social media front' but is so poorly run you wouldn't believe. A few are listed below, Inability to adapt to change Customer dissatisfaction daily Ineffective communication Poor decision-making from the man in charge of 'everything' a Mr Rob Knight Such high turnover rate within the warehouse and customer service, back office not so much but looks to be a lack of career movement Low employee morale and engagement - mandatory social events 'We are a family' My experience at this company has turned me off any product they will ever offer/make us sell. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Maybe look on Wish or Temu instead?

Pros

- Breakfast and beverages are available at no cost. - Work-related gatherings are hosted. - Working hours are adaptable. - Free lunches are provided occasionally, featuring delicious food brought by a van. - Many pleasant team activities are organized, such as Company birthday, Pride Month events, and the annual Christmas party which offers complimentary food and drinks. - All staff members are very welcoming.

Cons

While I don't mind not having work-from-home opportunities, it might be problematic for certain individuals.

Pros

The company offers a range of perks such as free food, drinks, and other extras, which are appreciated and help create a positive atmosphere. My personal favourite is the new ice cream machine, and the new building is really spacious and provides a comfortable working environment.

Cons

Workloads can be high at times, with workdays often extending beyond a typical 8am–5pm schedule. While the company offers perks, overall compensation may not always feel reflective of the level of responsibility and hours expected. Annual leave can take time to be approved, which can make it difficult to plan ahead. Hot desking is currently in place, which is understandable due to staffing levels. However, this differs from what was originally communicated about having allocated desks.
