Learnt a variety of new skills and has definitely provided me with a knowledge of control cabling that I can expand in the future.
Cons
Management ignore you, they don’t listen too what the guys out on the tools who are witnessing what’s going on day to day say. They won’t leave their offices to be explained and shown issues. Always looking for cheapest option which is putting safety of everyone at risk. Not appreciating the product, which is the service that the hard working blokes on the tools provide and are pushing them further without any extra help. No training given too the people who need/deserve it.
