      Pros

      Stable. No need to work very late. Good place for people with low career aspirations and those planning for retirement

      Cons

      Some dept managers are underqualified, insecure ,entitled, lazy or just plain weird and idiosyncratic. It is demoralising. The IT system is backward and exasperating. The need to work one Saturday per month for 3 hours is really baffling. No one could tell me why it was necessary though.

      Pros

      Hours are good, most don't work late. Average to above average salary package

      Cons

      The different arms of the company are quite disconnected from each other. There's little sharing from the top management on the company's direction which makes it hard to see beyond your immediate tasks and innovate.
