      Abwechslungsreiche und spannende Aufgaben, Möglichkeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung, wertschätzender Umgang auf allen Ebenen, sehr flache Hierarchien, konstruktives Feedback und hohe Anerkennung guter Leistungen.
