I work as a web and graphic artwork specialist, and I'm in charge of providing assets to other departments as well as assets and mockup designs for our company's website and online marketplaces. My work here can be challenging at times, but with the aid of my colleagues, anything is possible. Using a task management tool like Wrike has made it much easier to keep track of and prioritize my projects. This tool is quite beneficial to me. I think the aspect of my job that I appreciate the most is that we work from home, which makes my job a lot easier and more enjoyable. I work with a fantastic group of people. Working at Music Tribe from home has its drawbacks, such as working long hours and dealing with time differences across nations; these are the two issues I observe. I understand that working long hours is not required by the company, but because employees are at home, they tend to do it gladly. Time differences between countries can also be a problem because you may need to contact someone for a project but they are not in your time zone, therefore you must wait for a response or schedule a time when you can chat or call each other.
